The Platelet-Rich Fibrin Gel technique uses the latest generation of Smart Blood Concentrates to generate a complex Fibrin Matrix rich in Platelets, Leukocytes and Mesenchymal stem cells. For 10-12 days this results in the constant release of Growth factors and interleukins which accelerate tissue healing and regenerating processes.

The process we use creates the PRF into a gel-like consistency, giving it more volume and a thicker texture compared to regular liquid PRP or PRF injections. Because of its gel structure, it works more like a dermal filler.

PRF Gel is generally effective in many cases; however, there are no guarantees that every patient will benefit from the procedure. Since cosmetic treatments vary in their outcomes, multiple visits may be necessary to reach the desired results or to assess if PRF Gel is not fully effective for a specific condition. The healing process requires time, and the final results may not become visible for several months.

Multiple treatments are needed with all natural EZ PRF procedures. Usually these treatments are every 4-6 weeks. Maintenance treatments should be carried out every 6 months. Results can last 1-2 years, and individual results may vary.

Be sure to eat and hydrate prior to your appointment, as you should expect to have your blood drawn. We will provide numbing cream to the areas that will be treated. The numbing cream will have time to activate while the blood is spinning in the centrifuge. The PRF will then be properly prepared for injection.

Do not touch or rub the treated area for at least 8 hours after the treatment.

Avoid anti-inflammatory medications for 2 weeks after your procedure (Aspirin, Advil, Aleve, Naprosyn, Ibuprofen, Motrin). Also avoid using ice on injected areas because this will also act as an anti-inflammatory. You may take Tylenol if you experience pain or discomfort. If you take Aspirin for cardiac reasons, please continue to take your Aspirin as prescribed.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine and smoking for three days after the treatment, smoking reduces that effectiveness of the treatment and slows healing time.

EZ PRF Gel is a 100% all natural injection. The most common side effects are redness, swelling, discomfort and bruising that may last a couple of days after the procedure.
