Arriving late to your appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will do our best to perform your entire treatment for the remaining time scheduled, however we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. If your appointment does need to be rescheduled you will not be refunded your deposit, and an additional deposit will need to be made for your future appointment.

We have a 48 hour Cancellation/No Show Policy. Any appointments that cancel within 48 hours will be charged $50 to the card on file. If you do not show up for your appointment you will also be charged $50 to the card on file. This is in best effort to respect our providers’ time as well as other patients’ time.

If a patient cancels late or no-shows three times, they will be required to pay in full for future services at time of booking the appointment.

No refunds for any service rendered. Aesthetic results are variable and cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible if additional treatments are wanted to achieve desired results.

Retail: No refunds on products purchased.

We do not offer any treatments to minors at Modern Medspa. All patients must be 18 years old or older.

We love kids and pets, however we ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. Animals are not allowed in the health care facility. This policy is to ensure the safety of your children and maintain a relaxing environment for everyone at Modern Medspa.
