What is PRF?
PRF stands for Platelet-Rich Fibrin, a concentrated serum derived from your own blood that contains a high concentration of platelets, growth factors, and fibrin (a protein vital for wound healing).
The under-eye area is some of the thinnest, most delicate skin on the face, which is why darkness, hollowness, and crepey texture often show up there first. When PRF is injected into the area, these growth factors stimulate collagen production, improve skin quality, and gradually restore volume from within.
PRF vs. PRP: Is PRF really the better option?
